Licensed in WA and OR. Matt’s practice focuses on business transaction work, entity formation, and corporate governance. Matt also assists clients with Real Estate matters as well as estate planning matters. Matt started practicing since 2006 and when he is not working, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family, watching his kids play sports, and cheering on the University of Oregon Ducks. Matt graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law and has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting. |
SCOTT E. RUSSON
Licensed in WA in 2000. Scott’s practice focuses on representing those who have suffered Personal Injury, been charged with a Crime, need to collect on a Debt, and Landlords who need to evict a tenant or draft a lease. He also represents clients in other Civil Ligation and Real Estate matters. Since 2005, Scott has enjoyed working as a Prosecuting Attorney for multiple cities throughout Clark County. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, actively volunteering at his church, and following the Brigham Young University Cougars. Scott graduated from Rutgers Law School and attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree. |
PHILIP G. “CASEY” MARSHALL
Licensed in WA. Casey has practiced for more than 40 years in Clark County. Casey’s practice includes everything from Estate Planning to Real Estate to Corporate Governance to Transactional Matters. Casey enjoys spending time with his grandson, golfing and supporting the University of Washington Huskies. Casey graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate degree. Casey has served on numerous charity boards of directors and is a past Chairman of the Vancouver Board of Adjustment. Casey is also a past President of the Clark County Bar Association. |
